Frequent questions

Can I drive for both Uber and Bolt?
The car page has a “Taxi work” block that marks which apps this car may be used for. You can filter the catalogue by app straight away.
Does the car have a licence?
If the car has a licence or an extract from one (wypis), it is stated on the card. The owner confirms the details at handover.
What driving licence do I need?
Since 17.06.2024 app-based driving in Poland requires a Polish licence. Agree the document requirements with the owner once your request is confirmed.
What is the deposit and when do I get it back?
The owner sets it and it is shown next to the price. For rentals up to 7 days it can be held on your card. For longer ones it goes to the owner, who must return it within 14 days of the car coming back. Deductions only with evidence, and you have 72 hours to object.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes, free of charge until the owner confirms, and after that while pickup is more than 24 hours away. The button is on the booking page.
